1. Complaint Period

Customers must raise any complaint related to their purchase within 7 days of receiving the product. Complaints raised after this period may not be eligible for refund, replacement, or exchange.

2. Product Inspection

Once a complaint is received, our Service Team will inspect the returned product to verify its condition and the reason for return before confirming any refund or replacement.

3. Manufacturing Defects

If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will offer either:

  • A replacement of the same model (subject to availability), or
  • A full refund to the original payment method.

4. Non-Defective Products

If the returned product is not found defective, customers are eligible for an exchange offer as per our current exchange policy. Refunds will not be applicable in such cases.

5. Product Condition

  • To be eligible for a replacement, refund, or exchange:
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, warranty cards, and accessories intact.
  • Any signs of physical damage, misuse, or alteration will void the eligibility for refund or exchange.
