Rado has worked with award-winning Russian artist and designer Evgenia Miro to create the True Thinline My Bird in opulent blue high-tech ceramic. With a precision laser engraving of a delicate feather pattern on the bracelet and the image placed diagonally across the dial, this True Thinline reflects Evgenia’s unique philosophy of time.

Pale Sienna is a sandy, discreet and subtle colour shade belonging to the red ochre and brown nuances from 1931. The lighter colours from this set of nuances were chosen deliberately by Le Corbusier for their restrained effect.

Blue opens up the space in a room, creating airy expansions and receding walls and objects into the distance, making them almost imperceptible. Soft and soothing, blues recall the calm of the sea and sky. Spectacular ultramarine from 1959 is an impressive colour shade which moves worlds.

Grey represents calm. With the darker grey shades, objects and surfaces can be placed into the background and into shadow. These colours develop their best effect in a shady environment. Iron Grey is soft, warm and expressive. It is the darkest shade of 1931.

White is the lightest colour and can disperse or reflect light. It emphasises surfaces and reveals shapes and dimensions of architecture most clearly. This light-reflecting, balanced and stable white creates a warm and pleasant background atmosphere. It is the first mural ‘Velvet’ shade.

At Rado, we made our name producing square high-tech ceramic watches. The True Square is a new take on an iconic Rado shape.
